Return Policy

Please note that each jewelry piece will naturally have slight variations. Due to the limited, made-to-order nature of each item, returns will be accepted within the first 14 days of receiving the item only if there is a flaw or other issue due to any faultiness in fabrication. Within this 14 day period, I am also happy to offer free replacements or repairs if you still wish to keep your item.

Outside of this time frame, feel free to contact me about any damage/loss requiring repairs or replacement parts. I can evaluate the issue and provide you with my rates on a case-by-case basis. Each piece of jewelry is carefully made to be as durable as possible, within the limitations of the material & design.
